 Description:

Ballwin Dental Care is expanding our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our amazing team. Preferred candidates should love working with people in a fun and fast paced environment, have strong customer service and math skills, as well as a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities & Goals:

Providing excellent customer service while checking out patients at the end of their appointments and submitting claims to insurance to give patients our “5-Star Experience”.

Collecting co-pays and presenting cost and insurance coverage for future procedures.

Scheduling patients back for their next appointments via phone, email, and text messaging.
